Step 3: Activation of 15-day trial:
Browse to Settings >> Zap Apps and open Zap License. Register the profile online, to start 15-day trial. (Refer Licensing KB articles for more info)

  • You can now delete even email attachments (earlier only notes attachments could be deleted) – controlled by users permissions.

Enhancements to Gallery View:

  • Ability to Zoom-In / Out images
  • Ability to now select default “All” option – which will display images from notes as well as emails.
  • Additional meta information added with each displayed image (createdOn Date-Time, source file[email/notes], file-size)
  • Ability to select attachments individually and perform actions like: Download / Attach to email etc
  • Excluding files of type: document and zip from image navigation (in gallery view, clicking an image will open the image-navigation control)
  • Hyperlink to open the source record (particular note or email) from image navigation control.
