After installing the solution file, you need to register your profile online (to begin trial).
To open Zap license registration page:
After solution has been installed, refresh the page. From within CRM, browse to “Zap Apps” and then open “Zap XX Configuration”…here “XX” could be EP (Email Parser) or HD (Helpdesk) or any other zap app.
This will open-up the license registration page.
Browse to Settings >> Solutions and double-click the App solution file. This will open-up the license registration page (as shown in screenshot below).
Fill-in the details and click “Register” button. Your profile information will be saved in Zap licensing system and your 15-day trial will automatically get activated.
