Yes, Zap Email Reader is compatible with Dynamics 365 for Phones app too and displays emails in very user-friendly readable format (even on phone)

Eg in Account form, we would like to have one 'Email Reader' section which shows all emails tracked against the account record...and another 'Email Reader' section which shows all emails tracked against the lead which was qualified to create this account record.
Sure, you can have as many “Email Reader” sections in form as needed. However, please note that each “Email Reader” section will need to tie back to a particular “Zap Data Source Configuration” record. This record, contains information which “Email Reader” needs in-order to retrieve the emails. E.g.: Information like:
- Emails set regarding which Entity needs to be retrieved
- Do we need to retrieve emails even based on participant list
- Do we need to retrieve emails even of child records
- What all filters need to be shown
