You can quick create projects, jobs, contracts etc by cloning exiting records. This can be done by using Zap Copy Record App.
Please note that Zap Copy Record is a separate application and not part of Zap PSA.
Below are the steps to enable cloning for Zap PSA related entities:
Step 1: Have Zap Copy Record App installed and licensed.
Step 2: Browse to Zap PSA App.
-> Open “Global Settings” record
-> Open tab “General”
-> Go to section “Copy Templates”
-> Click button “Create Copy Templates”
