This error can come when you have an autonumbering defined for a field which may also be the primary key of that entity.
To resolve this issue, exclude the particlar field from getting copied. This can be done from configuration settings.

Instructions: Browse to Zap Apps >> Zap CR Configuration
Open the configuration record for the entity in which you are receiving the error…
Now exclude the field which may be the primary key field…for example in case form, we exclude “Case Number” field (as shown in screenshot below):
