We frequently release newer versions of our Zap Apps. This could be mainly because of newer features or bug fixes.
Below are the steps that you could follow to update to latest version (assuming that you already have the older version installed) :
Download the newer solution file from the link sent by Zap Support
Step 1: Browse to Solutions section and click “Import” button
Step 2: Select the solution file and click “Next”
Step 3: Ensure that the Package Type is “Managed”. Click “Next”
Step 4: Select “Update” (and not Upgrade) and “Overwrite Customizations”… then click “Import”:
Usually the import process takes 2-5 minutes… however this could be longer too.
