Whenever a solution is imported, by default the processes and business rules within the solution are enabled by default by Dynamics 365.
However it has been observed (since past few weeks – March 2021) that the processes and business rules still remain in draft state.
So we need to manually activate each of these.
The quickest way to do this is: Browse to Settings >> Processes
Select View: Zap HD Processes (for Helpdesk App) OR Zap RS Processes (for Zap Report Scheduler App)… and so on…
Now check the status of the processes and business rules shown…
If they are in DRAFT status then select them and click “Activate” button (as shown in screenshot below).
