With 100’s of cases getting created in CRM, troubleshooting an issue is very painstaking as you may not be able reproduce a particular scenario again! With Zap Helpdesk detailed event logging, you will find it very easy to just check the event logs, whenever you suspect an anomaly!
To access event log, there are 2 options:
Option 1: Browse to Settings >> Zap Apps >> Zap HD Event Log.
Option 2: Browse to related section of Case record >> Zap HD Event Log.
For every email that is received in CRM, an event log record gets created. If there has been an error in case creation then you can find the error details in the log record.
