The below security roles are available:

  1. Zap HD Admin: This security role is needed for configuring Helpdesk settings.
    Please note that either “System Administrator” or “Zap HD Admin” security role is needed for configuring helpdesk settings.
  2. Zap HD User: This security role needs to be given to Support Agents (who are going to use the Case form).
    The role provides permissions for following Helpdesk components:
    – Email Reply Section (added to Case form)
    – History Section (added to Case form)
    – Email Recipients Section (added to Case form)
    – Ability to create Canned Responses
